Our attempt to make our customers fulfilled is continuous. But in any case of what we provide, you may not be satisfied as a customer. Keeping that in thought, we deliver refunds on some conditions. Our refund policy is as below.
Incidents we deliver the refund:
- If the purchased product is entirely non-functional(excluding templates).
- If the product description does not fill what it offers.
- If the product has a security vulnerability that we are unable to fix.
- Item’s promised support was not provided.
Situations we don’t deliver any refund/replacement:
- You have changed your thoughts about the purchased item.
- You purchased an item by mistake and already downloaded the item(s).
- It has already been 15 days since you purchased our item.
- We don’t deliver the refund for any feature you ask for that is not listed in our item description. (N.B: You should check the feature list and if the product has any demo preview, please check that too).
- No custom work is included with the standard support. Anything additional you need will have to be done by you or any third party you hire. No refund will be issued on such a condition.
- Don’t have enough expertise to use the purchased product.
- You claimed a refund but failed to provide sufficient information about that.
- For any mistake purchase, we don’t provide/replace if there any alternate versions exist. The alternate version has to be purchased separately from the available source.
